As a tenant, you’ll have access to meeting rooms and facilities, reception and secretarial support on demand. We’ll greet your visiting customers with a smile and make them feel at home, with the offer of tea, coffee or water on arrival. And should they need to wait, we provide newspapers, magazines and a comfortable waiting area, until you’re ready to receive your appointment. We think we’ve thought of everything:

  • Furnished office including desk, managers chair, filing cabinet and two visitors chairs
  • Offices cleaned daily
  • Access 24 hours, 7 days a week
  • Dedicated phone line, answered in your company name during business hours and voicemail after hours
  • High speed ADSL connection
  • Written messages which we will forward to you by email if required
  • Southport mail Locked Bag picked up and delivered to your desk by 8.30am daily
  • Daily mail collection, delivery and postage of outgoing mail
  • Brewed coffee and biscuits available all day for you and your visitors - just ask reception
  • Kitchen facilities for you and your staff lunch requirements
  • Basement parking or external parking on request. Client parking on the apron of the building
  • Newspapers (on request) delivered to your office. Daily papers available at reception
  • Air conditioning (during business hours)

Casual Services

Rates are for office hours 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday. Weekend rates may attract a surcharge. Please confirm at the time of booking.

  • $27.50 per hour + GST
  • $165.00 per day + GST
